　　【摘要】 目的 分析类风湿关节炎（ra）患者外周血中th1/th2细胞亚群的变化及其在疾病中的作用。方法 采用细胞内细胞因子免疫荧光染色和流式细胞术，在单细胞水平上检测ra患者的外周血中th1，th2的分布及其平衡情况。结果 ra患者pbmc中的ifn-γ + 细胞和ifn-γ + /il-4 + 细胞百分率高于正常人（p<0.05），而il-4 + 细胞百分率与正常人差异无显著性。活动期ra患者pbmc中的ifn-γ + 和ifn-γ + /il-4 + 细胞百分率明显高于非活动期ra患者（p<0.05），而il-4 + 细胞百分率明显低于ra患者非活动期（p<0.05）。结论 ra患者pbmc中th1细胞及th1/th2细胞的比值显著升高并占优势（p<0.05），并与疾病的活动程度有关。th1/th2细胞的平衡在ra的发病机制及疾病进展中可能具有重要作用。
